By accessing or using SugarVista ("the Platform"), operated by Falcon Vista Group LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use SugarVista. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to verify your age and terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Usernames are permanent and cannot be changed after registration. Each person may maintain only one account.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Platform.
All uploaded photos are subject to review and approval by our moderation team before being publicly displayed. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
NSFW content is permitted between consenting adults but must comply with all applicable laws. Content depicting minors in any sexual context is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
SugarVista offers a premium subscription tier that unlocks additional features. By subscribing, you agree to the recurring billing terms presented at checkout. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
Users may submit a selfie for identity verification. Verification indicates that we have reviewed a photo submission — it does not constitute a background check or guarantee of identity. Exercise your own judgment when interacting with other users.
SugarVista does not conduct criminal background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your safety when meeting people through the Platform. We recommend meeting in public places and informing a trusted person of your plans.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Audit logs and anonymized data may be retained.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee compatibility, matches, or outcomes from using the Platform. We are not liable for the conduct of any user on or off the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falcon Vista Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
